We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and restocking where needed.
Duties
- Perform picking and packing of orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain organization within the warehouse by properly stocking items.
- Prepare packages for shipping, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Operate RF scanners to track inventory movements and updates.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize shipping and receiving operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with picking, packing, loading, unloading, and order fulfillment processes.
- Ability to operate RF scanners effectively for inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
