Responsibilities
The Forensics, Litigation, and Valuation Services Manager will be responsible for:
- Working directly with clients to provide insurance claim and litigation support, prepare damages calculations, and conduct forensic accounting and business valuation services.
- Reporting directly to a Principal or Director and being involved in all project phases related to the valuation or forensic accounting assignment.
- Preparing, reviewing, and critiquing complex business valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow and LBO modeling, discount rate computations, market comparator and precedent transaction benchmarking analyses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and be interested in partnering with local law offices to develop business locally.
- The role requires a minimum of six years public accounting or forensic consulting experience and accreditation by one or more professional business valuation organizations.
- The candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college/university in the areas of Accounting and Finance.
