Baker Tilly Capital, LLC, a boutique investment bank specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), capital sourcing, and corporate finance advisory services, has an incredible career opportunity for an Analyst to join our growing practice in our Chicago office. Our M&A practice is made up of professionals working closely with middle market companies nationwide to help maximize opportunity and minimize risk associated with a variety of strategic transactions to grow, acquire, consolidate, finance or exit a business. Paired with strong client relationships and business-focused perspectives, this specialization allows us to bring tangible value to each client engagement or transaction. Under the direction of a Managing Director or Vice President, an Analyst is expected to perform many of the elements of an engagement.
You will enjoy this role if :
- You would like to work with a variety of middle market clients and help them maximize their value by completing transactions for private companies. Clients are in industries such as business services, manufacturing and distribution, food and beverage, healthcare, and technology throughout the United States and internationally.
