As a member of the Health & Wellness Initiatives Division, you will join an incredibly talented and hardworking Senior Health and Wellness Centers (SHWC) department dedicated to providing seniors with diverse programs within 8 domains of wellness to advance BakerRipley’s impact in the Houston region.
Reporting to the Manager of Systems and Data, the Data Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Senior Health and Wellness Centers programs have highly organized and accurate client and program data.
- Maintains data in both BakerRipley Client Management System (BR GetCare) and Texas State Client Management System (SPURS)
- Reconciliation of weekly meal/transportation/class attendance utilization reports.
- Maintains a training database of all food managers/handlers and other required certifications. Communicates training needs and expirations to Program staff.
- Uses BR GetCare to pull data/outputs reports and QA’s client files for missing and/or changed data.
- Creates and maintains an organized filing system (both electronic and paper) for meal tickets, site compliance documentation, and certifications. Ensures that all submissions are complete and meet the funder's deadlines.
- Works with billing staff to ensure that all billable data is communicated and submitted on time weekly/monthly including nutrition education outputs.
- Audits client data in our software system for accuracy and makes necessary corrections.
- Assists with annual client intake assessments and satisfaction surveys; helps update policy and procedures. Assist with maintaining documentation for Area Agency on Aging compliance audits on SharePoint sites.
- Maintains client outputs and outcomes reports.
- Creates and maintains program dashboards.
- Performs data entry and reporting for the agency’s emergency contact system (OneCall)
- Handles program deposits and global cash card usage, ensuring all data is entered and organized according to program and agency protocols.
- Assists Management with other onsite administrative tasks as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
