Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the technology delivery to the client through existing defined Projects. They will work closely with the Project or Program Manager and other key contributors such as the Development and IT support teams to ensure that the technology is delivered according to documented project deliverables. They will also be required to liaise closely with the client to ensure the delivered technology is fully understood and being used as designed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver services that meet the business needs of the client and ensure compatibility and integration between the other service lines within the Company.
- Build strong relationships with the client, and the Katalyst service delivery team, especially the Development team in the early stages.
- Ensure technology deliverables are fully documented and understood by all stakeholders.
- Help define, implement, and promote project, process, and data standards.
- Engage in regular and periodic reviews with the project team and clients.
- Promote knowledge management and innovation among their organization, aiming to establish collective knowledge, identifying opportunities for improvement, and incorporating technologies, best practices, and processes that add value to the business.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Foster continuous improvements by simplifying processes that drive measurable results without compromising quality.
- Performs weekly performance tracking and benchmarking.
- Monitor and Communicates project progress, constraints, and improvement opportunities to the project team and management.
- Assist with multiple teams and projects, ensuring that the project goals are achieved according to project plans and in accordance with project deliverables.
- Communicate with team members to ensure optimal schedules, strategies, and maximum efficiency.
