The Vendor Relations Coordinator is responsible for setting up and maintaining training and supporting service vendors using Workforce Solutions MIS systems and complying with Workforce Solutions' contractual obligations.

The Vendor Relations Coordinator is responsible for setting up and maintaining training and supporting service vendors using Workforce Solutions MIS systems and complying with Workforce Solutions' contractual obligations.
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides customer service and support to existing and prospective training and support service vendors.
- Uses the vendor database application to set up and maintain contract-related processes.
- Processes vendor requests and resolves vendor issues submitted through the Workforce Solutions MIS systems timely and accurate.
- Maintains up-to-date electronic vendor records in an organized and logical manner.
- Prepares administrative reports and statistics to track training vendor service activities.
- Uses multiple systems to conduct research, collect data and create reports to support certified vendors' timeliness, accuracy, and quality.
- Works on Special Projects/Special Initiatives in collaboration with the Workforce Development Board
- Provides feedback for continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Travels to career training schools to conduct site visits as needed.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
