As a member of the Community Initiatives Division, you will join an incredibly talented and hardworking Entrepreneur Connection program team dedicated to providing resources, education, and connection to capital to entrepreneurs looking to build a successful business and improve their financial well-being to advance BakerRipley's impact in the Greater Houston region.
Reporting to the Director of Small Business, the Small Business Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting small business coaching, education and outreach.
EXPECTED POSITIVE OUTCOMES
- Successfully assess and verify client eligibility for small business technical assistance program providing guidance and support to applicants.
- Provides the initial contact of information and referral to anyone contacting the program for small business services and funnels them into the appropriate program in a timely manner and verified by observations on a weekly basis.
- Support student enrollment for all education programs and help with scheduled classes, ensuring smooth operations and student support to be reported monthly.
- Support with program data entry for coaching, education, workshops and events qith proven results, monitored by Leadership on a monthly basis.
