Entry Level Sales Representative Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads in a given territory to increase customer outreach and drive sales
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring thorough understanding and satisfaction
- Skillfully address and overcome customer objections with a positive attitude, fostering trust and confidence in our clients’ products and services
- Evaluate data and create sales reports in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
- Provide direct feedback to the Sales Manager regarding customer experiences and suggestions, contributing to the refinement of sales tactics and enhancing customer retention strategies
- Actively participate in daily meetings aimed at honing sales techniques, enhancing customer service skills, and fostering leadership development within the team

Entry Level Sales Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our Bakersfield office location
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,790.00 - $60,513.00 per year
