We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team as the demand from our telecommunication customers continues to increase. Our Sales Support Representative will work to represent AT&T’s telecommunication wireless and internet services to increase customer satisfaction focusing on what customers are searching for. Our Sales Support Representatives are eager to be at the forefront of the industry in a new and innovative way. We are looking for an ambitious Sales Support Representative to join our team who will be responsible for learning and understanding the tech-based world! No two days are the same in this Sales Support Representative role, but all are equally fulfilling, as we emphasize a customer-focused sales approach, providing exceptional service, assisting customers with sales and driving to increase our customer base.
Sales Support Representative Responsibilities:
- The Sales Support Representative will learn to connect with customers to increase customer service experience and present new services to them that they may have not known previously
- Complete presentations of products and answer any questions or inquiries customers may have
- Creating telecommunication wireless and internet awareness on product recognition through sales efforts and our knowledge of technology
- Connect with the customer to present them products and services to meet their needs
- Discussing how our services compare to other competitors to be are the forefront of the industry
- Thoroughly explain the pricing, promotions, and sales process; Upselling any relevant products, and negotiating existing contracts when necessary
- Creating a customized approach to each customer, while ensuring professionalism and building a personal connection
Sales Support Representative Qualifications:
- Customer Service/ Sales or relevant prior experience is preferred
- Ability to problem solve
- Positive and approachable attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal for discussing with customers and written for corresponding within the company
- Team player who thoroughly enjoys working with people

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
