Responsibilities
Preparing your designated section before service begins (ex. Learning feature specials, setting up for parties and special occasions)
Guiding guests through their experience through descriptive selling of the menu
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure understanding of any modification, allergy, or specific request of guests
Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
Caring for guests’ needs during their dining experience
Perform side work and end-of-shift closeout tasks
What are we looking for?
MUST be of the age of 19 to obtain state-required liquor license
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds
A candidate who is descriptive and can easily pay attention to details
The ability to perform well and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Availability during the weekends
