Balance Health is the nation’s premier comprehensive lower-extremity focused Physician Practice. Our team has an immediate need to hire a reliable, hard-working, experienced Brand Marketing Coordinator. This is a full-time, fully remote role and will be responsible for our brand-building efforts across multiple channels. This role will focus on onboarding new providers, enhancing our online presence, managing social media, developing print assets, responding to online reviews, and maintaining office signage. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong creative mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams to execute strategic marketing initiatives This is a fully remote role open to candidates in the following states : AZ, CA, CO, FL, IL, MI, NC, NM, NV, SC, TX, UT, VA, WV.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

New Provider Onboarding :

  • Collaborate with the Operations team and new providers to :

Collect provider headshot

  • Draft provider bio :
  • Gather necessary data from provider

  • Use the existing template to create bio draft
  • Submit the draft to the Director of Marketing and the new provider for review
  • Obtain necessary approvals
  • Finalize and submit approved bios and headshots to the web development team for website updates.
  • Social Media Management :

  • Post regularly on company social media accounts (2-3 times per week).
  • Monitor and engage with responses on posts.
  • Identify and develop new social media accounts where applicable.
  • Online Reviews :

  • Respond to positive reviews while adhering to HIPAA guidelines (training will be provided).
  • In the case of negative reviews, tag the appropriate operations team member or RCMO for service recovery actions.
  • Print Asset Design and Ordering :

  • Design and update print materials as needed, including :
  • Appointment cards

  • Business cards
  • Provider trifolds
  • Provider referral pads
  • Other materials as requested
  • Order printed assets in collaboration with the local operations team to ensure correct and timely ordering.
  • Create and maintain office-branded signage as requested.
  • Reporting :

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to generate reports (training provided), including :
  • PowerBI

  • Google My Business (GMB)
  • Google Analytics (GA)
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Other data sources as needed.
  • Other Duties :

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Requirements :

  • Compensation / Benefits :

  • Fully remote full-time position working Monday – Friday with a competitive pay range- depending on relevant work experience .
  • Eligible to participate in company benefit program on the first of the month following 30-days of employment if a 30-hour work week is consistently maintained.
  • Eligible to participate in our 401(k) program with company match on the first of the month following 2-months of employment.
