Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless checkout process. You'll also assist with office duties as needed, helping to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Greet patients warmly and check them in promptly
• Assist with individual concerns and address any issues that arise
• Collect relevant information, including insurance details and payment information
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computers and office equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
