What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT HELP DESK TECHNICIAN position at Balance of Nature?
Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that’s changing the world one life at a time.
We are located in Hurricane, UT, and are looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician. The IT Helpdesk Technician will be responsible for resolving IT tickets. You will identify issues, troubleshoot, and implement solutions. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

What you must bring:
- 1 year(s) of experience in IT
What you will do:
- Provide on-site tech support across all Balance of Nature locations
- Handle IT support tickets for desktop, software, and basic troubleshooting for team members
- Repair hardware as needed
- Install cameras and access points as needed
- Set up workstations for new team members
- Assist team member’s transition into remote work and vice versa
- Track IT inventory and documentation
- Help customers over the phone and email
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
