Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that's changing the world, one life at a time.
As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all team members have their payroll processed effectively and promptly.
This is a full-time, in-person position that is located at our offices in St. George, UT.
What you will do :
- Process payroll for all team members accurately and on time
- Constantly inspect and improve payroll systems of operation
- Oversee and ensure that all records of deductions and garnishments are maintained
- Stay in compliance and up-to-date with state and federal regulations
- Uphold high-quality training for team members
- Continually find ways to improve the ADP program and service to fulfill our company's needs
- Keep all team members' pay profiles up-to-date
