Job Title : Estimating Call Agent

About the Job :
We are looking for a motivated Estimating Call Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where teamwork and client satisfaction are paramount. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and organization are key attributes for this role.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Make calls to subcontractors to solicit and ensure sufficient bids for various projects.
- Process and update job file documents in the system and on spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate job notes from subcontractors regarding activity status.
- Field phone calls and follow up on issues for assigned estimators.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple interruptions effectively.
