Monday- Thursdays 4/ 10 schedule
A LOT OF OT - Availability on weekends

Our client is seeking a Construction Project Manager/ Estimator in Atwater, CA.

They are proud to be a full-service industrial contractor for all Agricultural and Food Processing companies around the state of California.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
• Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

Budget and Schedule Management:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate project teams, including site supervisors, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and address any team issues promptly.

Quality and Safety Assurance:

• Ensure all work complies with industry standards, regulations, and safety codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes promptly.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including progress, issues, and financials.

Problem-Solving and Risk Management:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus
• 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
