Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, manage costs, and resolve any issues or delays.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Prepare and present regular project reports and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree a plus - Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field experience required
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Suite, Excel Project, SAGE 100 Accounting, Bluebeam. - Heavy Excel based.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 based on relevant experience
