Overview :
Join our client as a Retention Specialist! Your primary role will be to retain current policyholders by showcasing the importance and benefits of life insurance. This is a call center-based position requiring excellent customer service and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Handle a high volume of calls daily (approximately 90 calls; mix of inbound and outbound).
- Engage with policyholders who are considering canceling their life insurance policies.
- Resell the benefits of life insurance and address customer concerns.
- Process cancellation requests while aiming to retain the customer.
- Meet department standards for call volume, average handle time, and time management.
- Provide exceptional service to meet customer needs on every interaction.
