Salary Range: $65,000-$94,000

About the Job:

Join a dynamic team as an SAP HCM Business Systems Analyst, focusing on leading HCM solutions, supporting SAP HR (especially US payroll and time management), and collaborating with Korea HQ. This role is crucial in ensuring a flawless experience within the SAP US payroll and time management suite, meeting critical business needs and enhancing HCM best practices.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Maintain cyclical US payroll and time management processes.
• Lead in business case development, planning, and requirements management.
• Oversee incident management, bug fixing, and interface monitoring.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and deliver SAP solutions aligned with business needs.
• Conduct workshops with end-users and business representatives.
• Maintain regular presence with business interlocutors and key users.
• Support HQ teams in SAP solution maintenance and evolution.
• Provide on-call support and perform other assigned duties.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on configuration, development, or support of SAP HR.
• Minimum 3 years of ERP project execution/management experience.
• Notable U.S. payroll experience.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a complex environment.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate and manage remotely.
• Ability to question the status quo.
• SAP HR certification preferred.
• PHR certification preferred.
