Balance Staffing is Now Hiring Trim Department for a Rubber Company in Lodi, Ca.

• Location: Lodi, CA
• Pay: $18.50/hr
• Position: Trim Department
• Temp to hire! Great benefits once hired on****
• Monday- Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm could change to 6:00am start time.
• This is a hot environment-long sleeves are needed***

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform trimming and shaping of rubber products using standard tools and machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of waste, and regularly cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment.
• Operate and monitor machinery used in the trimming and editing process.
• Assist in gathering and recording data related to production and quality.
• Meet performance and productivity targets set by management.
• Follow basic procedures and safety guidelines for trimming and sanitation.
• Work effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
• Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and safely.
• Use basic office equipment and technology as needed for documentation and communication.
