Fast paced environment where multi-tasking is essential. Lots of telephone work servicing, scheduling and educating callers. Maintaining office professionalism with clients in person. Wrangling multiple therapists keeping them on time and on their best performance ability. Housekeeping within the office ensuring everything is clean, sanitized, organized and in perfect working condition. Experience preferred. But, we will train the right candidate.
