Our growing bookkeeping business is currently seeking a Full Time Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our awesome clients here in New England using Quickbooks and other related software. Hybrid role includes remote work plus scheduled time in our Westford MA office.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Desktop platforms, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google spreadsheets, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide professional and accurate Bookkeeping Services for assigned clients.
- Recording financial transactions in accounting software or ledgers.
- Verifying and reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Managing payroll, including calculating and processing employee salaries.
- Monitoring and categorizing expenses.
- Generating financial reports like balance sheets and income statements.
- Closing books at year end & preparing 1099’s as needed.
Qualifications:
- Multi-client bookkeeping experience preferred
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Strong knowledge of Quickbooks online required
- Ability to prioritize and multitask to ensure deadlines are met for clients
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented

We are looking for New England based employees who can work in our Westford office and occasionally visit clients 2-4 days per month, but are also looking for hybrid flexibility. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.50 - $32.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 44 per week
