Overview
The ideal candidate is a college student or entry-level Professional Recruiter with a strong passion to grow within the role. Primary role will be supporting the HR Department with recruitment efforts, including reviewing and screening of job applicants. Your position directly supports the Human Resources Department with the intake of new direct care staff, essential to our business.
Primary Duties
This position reports to the Director of Human Resources, and includes the following job functions:
· Recruiting: Review and screening of job applications
· Sourcing of Direct Care Workers using hiring databases, social media, and other methods.
· Scheduling phone, virtual, and/or in person interviews, invitations to open interviews, and confirming attendance for orientation and training.
· Onboarding: Assist with collecting hiring documents, conduct background checks and drug screens as needed. Assist with presenting new hire orientation material via Power Point.
· Continued training as necessary to support job functions and improve skillset.
· Any other duties directed by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Human Resources major or previous HR/Recruiting experience required.
- 1-2 years previous healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
- Home Care and/or Healthcare Staffing experience preferred.
