Communicative & Reliable – You’ll check in once a day (M-F) to see if there’s work for you. I need someone in the U.S., preferably on the East Coast to be in the same time zone. This is non-negotiable.
Growth-Minded – This role starts at 5-10 hours per week (closer to 5 at first), but for the right person, it could grow significantly. We’re looking for a long-term team member who wants to grow with us.
Bonus Points if you’ve worked in bookkeeping/accounting and understand financial lingo.
What You’ll Be Doing
Keeping our systems running smoothly with automation and workflows (efficiency is our love language).
Managing projects in ClickUp, handling admin tasks, and making sure everything is where it should be, when it should be.
Supporting the team with client communications, scheduling, and daily operations.
Keeping me (the owner) in check – managing my calendar, sending client reminders, and making sure I don’t drop the ball on important things. Basically, being my right-hand person.
Making my life easier by staying one step ahead.
