Job Summary
Performs executive administrative support duties for the organization as well as basic sales and marketing duties. Interact and support the sales and marketing team on a regular basis. Will report directly to the Sales Director, Industrial Products – North America.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Administers Corporate AMEX Travel and Credit Card Program
- Administers Corporate Fleet Program
- Audits AMEX expense reports
- Plans and facilitates Corporate Meetings
- Maintains and requisitions office and mail room supplies
- Marketing Co-Op support
- Sales and Marketing trade show support
- Proof reading marketing content, literature, flyers, etc.
- Product data entry and image work in our database (Catsy)
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong computer skills. Oral and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and follow directions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Experience working and interacting with a fast paced sales and marketing team
