Job Summary
The Client/Sr. Client Concierge will play a vital role in ensuring client and team satisfaction by addressing service requests, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities will include processing a variety of operational requests such as account onboarding, maintenance, transaction entry, quarterly reporting, phones, scheduling, and other client and advisor requests. As a Client Concierge, you will need to be detail-oriented, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and have a proactive approach to client service and helping the team. We are seeking a team member who exemplifies professionalism, a commitment to confidentiality, a caring nature, and consistently demonstrates and delivers the highest level of client service. Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and passion to help clients and teammates
- An aptitude to assess team and client needs

· A minimum of one year experience in client service
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Associate or bachelor’s Degree
Responsibilities
- Scheduling 450 clients by phone, email, or text at least 2x a year, by becoming an expert in Calendly
- Provide pro-active operational support for all existing and new clients, including but not limited to:
- Account transfers
- Move money requests
- Check deposits to client accounts
- Beneficiary updates
- Estate Processing
- Meet with clients when applicable for signatures and processing
- Review alerts and account transactions daily and follow up with custodian, or team
- Maintain paperless client files on our cloud‐based system and E-Money vault
- Resolve account-related compliance requests
- Track & submit insurance licensing and designation renewals and appointments
- Handle miscellaneous operational activities and projects

Pay range of $40,000 - $75,000. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.
