Qualifications:
- Able to Pass AHCA Level 2 Screening
- Psych Experience preferred
- Medical Experience preferred
- Excellent verbal & written communication and computer skills (Required)
- Must be organized, efficient and a good team player.
- Extensive driving (Required)
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Required
Job Description:
- Collaborate with providers, facilities, families, staff, etc. daily
- Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Provide support for providers to ensure protocols are being followed
- Ensure providers have access to equipment and rounding materials to meet productivity and encounter requirements
- Promote and develop successful communication and relationships among the facilities Balanced Wellbeing services in the region.
- Collaborate with admin team to ensure the efficacy of company protocols
- Attend weekly meetings
- Prepare and assess reports as needed
- Attend new building openings and events
- Receive and effectively communicate via multiple platforms daily
Job Hours:
- Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Weekends and Holidays off
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $ 100,000 to $120,000 annually
