Job Overview
At Balanced Wellbeing LLC, we are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services and enhancing patient experiences. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical Assistant to join our team. The Clinical Assistant (Must have a valid CNA or Medical Assistant License in FL) will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide administrative and clinical support. The Clinical Assistant will travel to different facilities within the Brevard County area, to assist with Tele- Health diagnostic patient appointments. The role involves assisting with patient diagnostic verifications, collecting patient information pertaining to the tele-health visit, traveling with the tele-health equipment to patients throughout the day and providing general clinical support as directed by healthcare providers.
Duties
-Facilitate patient tele-health visits.
- Assist healthcare providers during patient during patient diagnostic verification appointments.
- Manage patient flow by coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient records and assist with maintaining electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient inquiries.
- Assist with patient education and instructions as directed by healthcare providers.
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Skills
- Proficient knowledge of medical terminology related to physiology and patient care.
- Ability to assess and interpret vital signs effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols for patient safety.
This role is essential for maintaining high standards of patient care while providing valuable support to the clinical team. The position will require travel to various facilities within Brevard County.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
