Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for the user experience and user interface design and design processes across various digital platforms and capabilities. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs, market trends, and industry best practices to inform the design strategy.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and success metrics.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts and interaction patterns.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
- Establish and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in UX/UI design, and continuously evaluate and improve our design processes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on digital products or applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.
- Proficiency in design and product tools such as Figma, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, JIRA, Miro, Confluence, etc. or similar applications.
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of designers.
