In this position, you will assist in providing daily cleaning and maintenance services to school buildings and grounds, and perform routine inspections to identify and report any safety hazards or facility issues.
Main Tasks:
- Assist in providing daily cleaning services to school buildings and grounds.
- Perform routine inspections to identify and report any safety hazards or facility issues.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain high standards in the maintenance program.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver supplies to offices and classrooms.
- Move, set up, re-arrange, or remove furniture as directed.
- Ensure that debris is picked up, restrooms are cleaned, floors are swept and mopped, garbage receptacles are emptied, fixtures and furnishings are dusted, and facilities are made sanitary, safe, and attractive according to established schedules and industry standards.
