The Bilingual Customer Service Representative I will handle customer calls in both English and Spanish, emails, and payments, make policy changes, and endorsements that do not require a license. Good communication and attention to detail are necessary.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Takes general incoming calls and places outbound calls as necessary.
- Processes and replies to Customer Service emails as part of daily duties.
- Takes payments for policies.
- Makes changes and endorsements to policies that would not require a license.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Must obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License within 100 days
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 2 years of Customer Service experience and/or 1 year of Call Center experience
- High School/GED
