The Placement Coordinator assists Placement Executive with marketing accounts, maintaining relationships with insurance company partners, and following market insights/trends.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops marketing campaigns creating lists of prospects through phone calls and data mining.
Possesses excellent verbal communication skills demonstrated through constant contact and follow-up.
Conducts market research and analyzes customer rating reports and questionnaires.
Employs marketing analytic techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
Supports in organizing various projects.
Updates spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
Assists in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.
Composes, edits and formats marketing campaigns.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Well organized with a client-oriented approach.
Ability to work as part of a team of professionals and build relationships with other firm Business Segments.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
Moderate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook along with Adobe programs, and the ability to learn any other appropriate insurance company and firm software systems.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree preferred and/or 2 years work related exprience. Prefer some experience in an agency environment.
At least 1 year insurance industry experience
License(s): Maintains all licenses are required by the State Department of Insurance to provide service, consultation, and financial risk transfer solutions in states where the firm functions or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
