Reporting Analyst - Guided Medicare Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, gathering, analyzing, and reporting on data to help guide decision-making within the organization. This position requires a strong analytical background, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

· Procure data from carrier files, to populate key metrics

· Investigate material month to month carrier data issues working in tandem with operational leadership and financial leadership

· Populate database mappings

· Audit agency contracts and enter plan information into proprietary tool for agent commission payments

· Run commission tool, audit payment outputs and review exception reports

· Continued process improvement and development of existing processes

· Complete adhoc operational audit requests from business

· Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports using appropriate analytics tools

· Work with business partners to understand their data needs and provide relevant production insights and recommendations

· Create production dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights

· Monitor and track key production performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement

· Identify and help to resolve data quality and reporting issues

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data analytics, statistics, or mathematics

· 2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a related role within Medicare

Advanced Excel knowledge (VBA, Xlookups, Index Match, Nested If statements, distinct count pivot tables, etc.)

· Ability to thrive in a dynamically changing environment

· Database integration experience highly preferred

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Attention to detail and quality of work.

Preferred Software Experience:

· SQL Server Management Studio

· Tableau

· Microsoft Access
