We are seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, gathering, analyzing, and reporting on data to help guide decision-making within the organization. Responsibilities:
- Procure data from carrier files, to populate key metrics
- Investigate material month to month carrier data issues working in tandem with operational leadership and financial leadership
- Populate database mappings
- Audit agency contracts and enter plan information into proprietary tool for agent commission payments
- Run commission tool, audit payment outputs and review exception reports
- Continued process improvement and development of existing processes
- Complete adhoc operational audit requests from business
- Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports using appropriate analytics tools
- Work with business partners to understand their data needs and provide relevant production insights and recommendations
- Create production dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights
- Monitor and track key production performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Identify and help to resolve data quality and reporting issues
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data analytics, statistics, or mathematics
- 2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a related role within Medicare
- Ability to thrive in a dynamically changing environment
- Database integration experience highly preferred
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
