What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance Professional position at Baldwin Real Estate Corporation?
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Professional to maintain the cleanliness and order of our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing heavy cleaning duties, including cleaning floors, appliances, bathrooms, and removing garbage from apartments.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean apartment floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and steam cleaning carpet as needed
- Clean all appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher) and kitchen areas to a high standard
- Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures, mirrors, sinks, tubs, showers, and floors
- Remove any discarded items left behind by residents
- Clean and sanitize walls throughout the apartment
- Remove all trash from inside and outside the apartment
- Clean all glass surfaces, including windows, doors, and mirrors
- Clean the office area, including trash removal, light dusting, and wiping down desks and equipment
- Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as removing faceplates and outlet covers to prepare for painting
- Travel between 2 properties to assist with cleaning needs as necessary
