Overview:
Baldwin Real Estate Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively handle resident service requests and work orders within 24 hours when possible.
- Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests, and apartment make-ready status.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs.
- Operate a plow truck and perform snow removal duties as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and drywall repair.
- Boiler experience preferred.
- Possess reliable transportation to work.
- Be able to pass a drug test and background screening favorably.
- Possess a driver's license.
Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
