">Key Functions:

- Complete all maintenance service requests as assigned, correcting the situation within 24 hours when possible. ">
- Effectively handle resident service requests and work orders, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. ">
- Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests (received and completed), apartment make-ready status, work-in-progress, etc. ">
- Must be knowledgeable of inventory levels of spare parts and supplies, informing your supervisor when shortages occur and providing details. ">
Qualifications:

- General experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, and boiler systems (boiler experience preferred). ">
- Ability to run a plow truck and plow. ">
- Reliable transportation to work. ">
- Driver's license. ">
- Basic tools needed for day-to-day operations. ">
