Property Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to manage a diverse portfolio of properties while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

**Duties:**

- Review and negotiate property contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and regulations.

- Maintain accurate records and reports of property operations, including financial performance and maintenance schedules.

- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve customer satisfaction, including responding to resident inquiries.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Fair Housing regulations.

- Provide excellent customer service and sales support to potential residents, including conducting tours of properties and providing information on available amenities and services.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in property management, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of property management principles, including contract administration and customer service.

- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Supervise a small team of property maintenance techs

- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws and regulations.

- Strong customer service and sales skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
