Primary tasks include tenant screening, lease management, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
Key responsibilities of a Property Manager:
Tenant Management:
- Advertising vacant units and finding new tenants
- Conducting tenant screening
- Schedule and conduct apartment showings
- Executing lease agreements
- Collecting rent payments
- Addressing tenant complaints and concerns
- Communicating lease terms and policies
- Ensuring adherence to rental laws and regulations
- Handling eviction proceedings if necessary
Property Maintenance:
- Coordinating with contractors for repairs and improvements
- Managing on-call emergency maintenance requests
Financial Oversight:
- Tracking expenses related to maintenance and repairs
- Generating financial reports for property owners
Required Skills:
