Balenciaga offers women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, handbags, shoes, accessories, and eyewear, subsidiary of Kering.

We are currently seeking a Public Relations Intern who will report to our Senior Manager, PR & Communications.

Job Description

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

This opportunity will expose you to a comprehensive survey of the field of fashion public relations, and you will complete this program ready to enter any fast-paced public relations firm with excellent skills.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Assist with domestic and international sample trafficking
• Database management and upkeep
• Conduct media research projects
• Assist with production needs for office meetings and events
• Showroom and media library maintenance
• Magazine clipping and scanning brand press

WHO YOU ARE

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Able to receive academic credit
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in our NYC office

COMPENSATION

• $16.50 per hour
• Academic credit
• Must be able to receive academic credit to be eligible
