About the role
The QA / QC Director is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of a comprehensive quality assurance and quality control program across the military housing portfolio. This role ensures that all work order processes and standards consistently meet the highest levels of quality, compliance, and operational excellence. The QA / QC Director is a key driver of continuous improvement, standardization, and training, ensuring that all work orders comply with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements. They will also monitor EUR (Emergency, Urgent and Routine) and GVI (Gas Venting Inspections) of work orders, reporting findings to Senior Leadership to ensure full compliance and drive accountability. This is a remote position.
What you'll be doing
Typical Physical Demands : Regularly use hands to manipulate tools, equipment, supplies, and office equipment. Frequently stand, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, and stoop. Sit and stand to do clerical work. Regularly lift and move equipment and supplies up to 75 lbs.
Typical Work Conditions : Work is performed in a maintenance / office / residential home environment. Employee frequently interacts directly with other staff members, contractors as well as residents during the workday.
