About the Role

Process and analyze operational information and data for Regional Operations.

What you'll be doing

• Provide daily analysis of property performance, occupancy, work order control, delinquencies, utilities/ REACP and overall purchasing requirements are provided with specific report systems to VP and SVP according to schedule
• Budget forecasting.
• Coordinate with Regional Facility Managers and VP of Facilities for all Work Order cancellations or modifications for verification and assurance levels.
• Make recommendation to management as needed.
• Quarterly Reports, Semi Annual and Annual Analysis and Development of reporting requirements
• Provide updated Fair Market Rate information and Renewal increases to VP and SVP on monthly basis.
• Complete all spreadsheets and action plan coordination with RPM and VP on annual basis. Track performance on a quarterly basis
• Complete all reporting requirements to external customers to properly analysis the overall operations of each installation throughout the Regional Operating Center, as required.
• Ledgers, external reports, vendor payments, utilities and report on variance and determine corrective course of action

Who we're looking for 

• 2 year degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Accounting, strong communication skills, multitasking, Microsoft office, budgeting, financial analysis, project management, organizational skills
• Previous Yardi experience
• Previous Military/Multifamily housing experience
