**Job Summary**
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support to project managers and superintendents in building current and new business. The successful candidate will have strong skills in safety and quality control, as well as the ability to interpret designs and drawings for crafts installing materials.
**Key Responsibilities**
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Assisting with Safety and Quality Control programs
- Helping to interpret designs and drawings for crafts installing materials
- Researching and recommending resolutions to drawing interpretation problems
- Preparing and disseminating documentation records, including status reports and punch lists
- Providing support with direction of project materials, including orders, delivery, and logistics
- Assisting with layout of control lines and elevations for accurate measurement
- Preparing and submitting subcontract and vendor pay applications, submittals, and RFIs
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience
- Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings & specifications, building materials, and required standards applicable to discipline
- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel, Word, and schedule software (P6 or MS Project)
- Ability to draw and sketch, with use of CAD being ideal along with understanding of survey and layout
