The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications. Additionally, they should be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and scheduling software (P6 or MS Project).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to project managers and superintendents
- Assist with layout of control lines and elevations for accurate measurement and correct installation
- Prepare and submit subcontract and vendor pay applications, submittals, and RFI's for review and approval
Requirements:
- 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and experience
- Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques
- Ability to draw and sketch
