POSITION SUMMARY: Love driving cars? Fast on your feet? Looking for steady hours and income? Join Balfour's entrepreneurial and dynamic team as a Driver/Valet Attendant. Ideal candidates will be passionate about providing superior customer service, will excel at building relationships, and have an outgoing personality.
SCHEDULE: M-F 8:30am - 4:30pm & one full weekend per month
Benefits on date of hire for full time associates.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The valet/driver parks vehicles, assists residents/visitors who are entering and leaving the property, supply residents with directions and information regarding property amenities, hours of operation, and local areas of interests. Drivers will provide transportation services to our residents using a Company-provided vehicle. Your ability to work weekends and holidays is essential in this role. You are able to communicate openly, honestly and responsibly with others and maintain a customer focus treating all customers with respect and integrity. Accept responsibility for agreements made and follow through as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record, demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people, particularly the elderly and their family members, ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.
