Experienced Personal injury Legal Assistant
Hiring for Waterloo OR North Liberty, Iowa location.
Ball, Kirk & Holm is a Waterloo, Iowa based law firm. We pride ourselves in an open-door culture of mentorship and support from fellow attorneys and staff. We are a full-service civil law firm focusing on personal injury and also providing family law services, estate planning, and business litigation representation.
Seeking an experienced, self-starting, proactive legal assistant / paralegal for personal injury cases. Pay range listed is approximate and the high end is based on additional year end bonuses.
Applicants should be comfortable working with multiple attorneys and staff, be willing and able to work with Clio case management software, Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF software. Must be able to work over email and virtual meetings for attorneys at different locations.
On-site work in Waterloo, Iowa or North Liberty preferred, but remote opportunities available for candidates with sufficient experience to work independently.
1 week vacation after 90 day probation period; personal and sick time available upon start.
Firm pays cost of work-related travel, association membership, CLE, etc. Firm provides health insurance (minimal cost to attorney) and optional vision, dental, and disability insurance and SIMPLE IRA contribution of 2% annual compensation.

Pay: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour
