Accounts Payable / Receptionist
Salary – 17.00 / hr
Job Duties:
- 2 years QuickBooks expereince
- Arrives to work on time each day and can be depended on to perform efficiently while at work
- Answers phone calls and supports customers with professionalism
- Carries out general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to the organization and strong communication.
- Verifies incoming invoices with purchase orders, proper account coding, and authorizations for payment
- Enters vendor invoice data in QuickBooks
- Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
- Process weekly payroll
- Filing
Skills & Qualifications:

- QuickBooks Desktop experience (Required)

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- QuickBooks experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience in a construction related field preferred but not required
