Responsibilities:
· Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
· Exhibit consultative selling skills.
· Know the offerings, optional vehicle packages, and the latest technologies.
· Presenting new and used vehicles to prospective customers in a friendly and professional manner by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features.
· Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of New & Used vehicles available
· Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business and generate positive online reviews.
· Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
· Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
· Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
· Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
· Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
· Customer Service focused
· Bilingual (Spanish) is not required, but helpful
· Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
· Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
· Clean background and drug screen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
