As a Classified Substitute Secretary at Ballico-Cressey Elementary, you will work on an as-needed basis to support our administrative team. This position is not permanent and requires flexibility in scheduling.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff. Knowledge of modern office methods and procedures is essential, including correct English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Basic mathematics skills are also necessary for accurate calculations.
Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred, but not required. If you are fluent in Spanish, you will be able to communicate more effectively with our diverse student population.
