The Job. The Fulfillment Associate coordinates the fulfillment of customer orders and the flow through to assembly and shipping. The Fulfillment Associate’s main responsibilities include picking/pulling product from the warehouse, coordinating with assembly for add-ons, prioritizing order fulfilment, managing expedite requests, managing inventory, and coordinating the flow between the fulfillment, assembly and shipping departments. In addition, coordinating and working with sales and customer service, reporting on fulfillment activities and order status, and working with the Department Manager on making any necessary adjustments. Lastly, contributing new and unique ideas for continuous process improvement.
Requirements
· 1-3 years of warehouse/fulfillment experience
· Ability to interpret and explain inventory, open order, and shipping reports
· Proficient in Excel
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills Strong reporting skills
· Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to work well with a team and uphold a consistent teamwork mentality
· Ability to deal with complex issues and complex problem solving

Work Environment
Work performed in a combination of shop and office environments.
Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, etc.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
